Star Business employs personal profile analyses (DISC) for several reasons. The PPA provides an objective insight in the personality structure of existing or future employees. Without any judgment the participant receives insight in the uniqueness of his or her personality. The profiles reveals someone’s level of dominance, the influencing style, the need for stability and the degree of conformity. An additional Specific Task Analysis compares the persons profile to the required profile for the current or the aimed function in the organisation.
Star Business often employs the PPA at the beginning of a coaching trajectory. Thus providing the coach and the coachee with valuable insight in the behaviour and underlying motives of the coachee.
In management development programs the PPA is often used to provide (future) managers with more insight in their style of leadership, their current strengths and weaknesses.
